Sugar House

Sugar House’s (also commonly spelled Sugarhouse) tree-lined streets and 110-acre park, just east of the town’s center, make it a great place to live, work and play. Sugarhouse boasts a thriving district of small businesses, boutique shopping, palate pleasing restaurants, arts and entertainment venues. Sugar House is an East Salt Lake County community and is famous for its 1920’s and 1930’s Bungalows and Tudors, mature tree lined streets and proximity to down town. It’s a 5-10 minute drive to down town SLC and features a vibrant, active, and diverse community. As they say “all the cool kids are doing it” and Sugar House is one of those, and its diverse population reflects that.  Street cars will be going in to help bolster walk-ability, more local shopping with less traffic.
